Seawind Units

Yes, there is a pool.

Both Seawind units have access to two pools right inside the compound. One for adults, one for kids.

And when you are done swimming, there is a garden to walk through, a gazebo to sit under, and a playground for the little ones. It is the kind of place where you step outside and realize you do not really need to go anywhere else that day.

Send us a message

Tell us your preferred date, how many guests, and which unit you are interested in. We will check availability and get back to you right away.

Pay the downpayment and send your IDs

To lock in your booking, send a 500 peso non-refundable downpayment via GCash. After paying, send us a screenshot of the transaction.

Also send the valid IDs of all occupants and a list of names of everyone who will be staying.

Pay the balance on check-in

The remaining balance is collected when you arrive. We accept GCash. That is it and your stay is confirmed.

House Rules

A few things to keep in mind.

We just ask that you treat the space the way you would want others to treat your own home.

No smoking inside the unit.Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the condo.
Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect for the neighbors.
Washing machine for monthly rentals only.Reserved for guests on monthly stays.
Dispose of trash properly.Throw away trash and recyclables in the designated bins provided.
No strong-smelling food.Please avoid cooking or storing food with strong odors like durian or dried fish.
No pets allowed.We love animals too, but pets are not permitted in the unit.
Do not stick anything on the walls.Tape, stickers, and adhesives damage the paint.
Damages will be charged.Any damages or stains will be billed at twice the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Please wash your dishes.A 500 peso cleaning fee applies if the unit is left with unwashed dishes, spoiled food, or an unflushed toilet.
Use only the linens and towels provided.If you need extras, just message us directly.
Cooking is welcome on the induction stove.No grilling or gas equipment. Please turn on the exhaust fan near the sink when cooking aromatic dishes.
Treat the space like your own home.We really appreciate guests who take care of the unit. It means a lot to us.

Yes, both are possible but subject to availability. The rate is 200 pesos per hour. Just let us know in advance so we can check if it works on your dates.
Urban Hives has 1 queen-size bed plus 1 double-size foam mattress on the floor. Seawind Tower 3 has a king-size bed in the first bedroom and a single bed in the second, plus 1 queen-size and 1 double-size foam mattress. Seawind Tower 4 has a queen-size bed in the first room and a double-deck bunk bed in the second, plus 1 single and 1 double-size foam mattress. None of the extra sleeping arrangements are pullouts or sofa beds. They are proper foam mattresses placed on the floor.
Yes. Extra guests are charged at 150 pesos per head per night. Urban Hives fits a maximum of 6 guests and both Seawind units can accommodate up to 8.
We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of the units.
Yes, all three units have free unlimited WiFi. It is fast enough for streaming, video calls, and working from home without any issues.
Absolutely. All units have a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, rice cooker, ref, kettle, and complete utensils. Just no grilling or gas equipment, and please turn on the exhaust fan when cooking aromatic dishes.
Parking is available at both Seawind units for 200 pesos per day. Just let us know ahead of time so we can arrange it for you.
Yes. Monthly rates are available for all three units. Urban Hives is at 23,000 per month, Seawind Tower 3 is at 28,000, and Seawind Tower 4 is at 30,000. All units are move-in ready.
The washing machine is available for monthly stays only. For shorter stays, there are laundry shops nearby that you can use.
